History

Founded in 1974 under the Department of Personnel & Training, SPM Niwas has evolved from a modest training cell into a nationally recognized institution for public administration studies.

Mission

To advance the practice of governance through rigorous training, applied research, and interdisciplinary dialogue.

A public service that reflects the highest ideals of the Republic: capable, ethical, and responsive to the needs of every citizen.
